Last Updated: May 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Floxi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Floxi may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the revised version.

2. Service Overview

Floxi is a productivity platform designed to improve focus through sessions, progress analytics, task structure, and community-based accountability features. We may add, remove, or improve features to keep the service reliable and useful.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate signup details and keep them updated. Sharing accounts, impersonation, or creating fraudulent profiles is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Floxi, including: attempting unauthorized access, abusing community features, uploading malicious content, reverse engineering protected parts of the platform, or disrupting the experience for others. Any such activity may result in account restriction or termination.

5. User Content and Community

If you share public milestones, comments, or community activity, you grant Floxi a limited right to display that content within the product. You remain owner of your content. Floxi may moderate or remove content that violates platform rules or legal obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

Floxi branding, UI systems, code, and product assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit Floxi assets without prior written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Floxi is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process account and productivity metadata only to provide core features and service quality. For privacy-specific details, please review the Privacy Policy page.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability, but Floxi is provided on an "as available" basis. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external infrastructure issues. We are not liable for losses caused solely by temporary service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floxi and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the service. Your primary remedy is to stop using the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Floxi at any time. Floxi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or create security risks. Upon termination, access to some data and features may end.
